HOLOWHAS Max is an 8 Streaming 8-zone multi-room streaming amplifier, its power output capability is 16 x 200W@8ohm, so the total is 3200W@8ohm. And in BTL mode, it can reach 400W@8ohm per channel. It is an ideal solution for distributing HiFi audio to different rooms or zones within the whole house or building with pre-wired speakers. This allows you to play different audio sources in different areas or synchronize the playback for a consistent listening experience throughout.
This amplifier has 8 different input source options to play music to 8 zones. You can use any combination of 8 input sources to play music to any combination of 8 zones. It can also output through Line Out and Optical interface to external active speaker or external amplifier.

- HOLOWHAS Max is an 8 Streaming 8-zone multi-room streaming amplifier, its power output capability is 16 x 200W, so the total is 3200W.The power is twice that of HOLO-WHAS Plus, and almost four times that of HOLOWHAS and HOLOWHAS Ultra.
- In BTL mode, its power output capability is 400W per channels, and it four times that of HOLOWHAS Plus, and almost eight times that of HOLOWHAS and HOLOWHAS Ultra.
- HOLOWHAS Max utilize a Switched-Mode Power Supply (SMPS) for its D-Class amplifier module, ensuring high efficiency and reliability. The rest of the components will be powered by a DC power supply, maintaining the device’s overall performance and quality.
- It can be controlled via a mobile app which is compatible with various phone models and operating system versions, including iOS and Android.

The Ultimate Multi-Room Amplifier System
I’ve gone through three different systems in 5 years, and the Max is the first one that actually satisfies my ears. Most multi-room stuff sounds 'thin' once you turn it up, but this 200W-per-channel unit has the 'weight' and 'body' of a real dedicated power amp. The setup was straightforward with the HoloHome app, and the HDMI ARC integration with my Sony TV works flawlessly. If you're the type who wants the absolute best and has the speakers to match, this is it.

Absolute powerhouse.
I was a bit skeptical about a multi-room amp being able to handle high-end speakers, but the HOLO-WHAS Max proved me wrong. I have a pair of demanding Bowers & Wilkins towers in the main lounge and some heavy-duty outdoor speakers on the deck. The 200W per channel is legit—tons of headroom and the bass control is phenomenal. Don't even bother with the smaller models. Go straight for the Max.

A true flagship. The build quality is insane
Installed this in a 10,000 sq ft custom home last month. This thing is built like a tank—you can tell as soon as you try to lift it into the rack. What impressed me most isn't just the raw 3200W power, but how quiet it is. Zero hiss even when idling. The VFD display is a nice touch for checking zone status at a glance without pulling out the iPad. It’s pricey, but considering it delivers 8 zones of pure Hi-Fi power with HDMI ARC and AirPlay 2, it actually saved the client money compared to a separate stack of high-end amps. Best in class, period.
